DOMESTIC ORDERS

  • Bullet - 2 to 4 hours delivery
  • COD - Additional AED 20 charge
  • Same Day Delivery Cut-Off: 4 PM
  • Free delivery for orders AED 1,000 and above
  • International shipping fees is calculated on the checkout

SHIPPING FEES:

  • Standard Delivery (1-2 Days) - AED 20
  • Same Day Delivery - AED 26
  • Bullet (2-4 Hours) - AED 65

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
  • You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • We currently ship internationally to all countries worldwide.
  • Delivery Time: 3-5 business days (depending on the destination).
  • Rate: Calculated at checkout based on the destination.
  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
  • You can track your package in real-time through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Certain items may have shipping restrictions based on local laws and regulations.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost or Stolen: If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us at info@soavewear.com. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
  • Damaged: If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
