  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship internationally to selected countries.
  • Delivery Time: 7-14 business days (depending on the destination).
  • Rate: Calculated at checkout based on the destination.
  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
  • You can track your package in real-time through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Certain items may have shipping restrictions based on local laws and regulations.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost or Stolen: If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us at soavewear@gmail.com. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
  • Damaged: If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
