DOMESTIC ORDERS
- Bullet - 2 to 4 hours delivery
- Same Day Delivery Cut-Off: 10 AM - 11 AM
- Free delivery for orders AED 1,000 and above
- COD - Additional AED 20 charge
- International shipping fees is calculated on the checkout
PROCESSING TIME:
- Orders are typically processed within 24 hours.
- You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- We currently ship internationally to all countries worldwide via DHL Express.
- Delivery Time: 3-6 business days (estimated upon checkout).
- Fees calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
- You can track your package in real-time through the carrier’s website.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Lost or Stolen: If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us at info@soavewear.com. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
- Damaged: If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
