Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it — we change our minds too! If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it, and we'll do our best to assist.

After the 1-hour window, orders may already be processed and we may no longer be able to modify or cancel them.

If your item isn't quite right, you can still exchange it for a preferred style or return it for a refund in accordance with our return policy.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide, including Russia. All orders are shipped with tracking through trusted courier partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

How long will it take to receive my order?

UAE orders are typically delivered within 2 days. Same-day delivery orders must be placed between 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM.

International orders are shipped worldwide via DHL Express and usually arrive within 3–6 days depending on the destination.

Orders to Russia typically arrive within 7–10 days. Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local courier processing.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please note that customs clearance or local courier delays may occasionally affect international delivery times.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return or exchange a product?

We offer complimentary exchanges worldwide. Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery, and items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Once approved, your replacement will be arranged at no additional cost. Please note that sale items are eligible for exchange only.

Returns are also accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For convenience, we can provide a DHL return label, and the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once your return has been approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
