Once approved, your replacement will be arranged at no additional cost.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We will provide a DHL return label for your convenience, and the cost will be deducted from your refund.

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
